Checking the engine
1. Check the throttle body for ¬ slonki,

• air hose;

9. (For engines with re-circulation of exhaust gases) Remove the vacuum tube of the recirculation system, removing 3 screws.
Test
1. Clean dirty throttle body, using soft brush and ¬ Kuyu cleaner carburetor. Using compressed air, blow all the channels and holes. Caution: Do not clean the sensor on the throttle ¬ decomposition that would not be ¬ cause damage.
2. Check the throttle position, making sure there is no gap between the adjusting screw and stop lever throttle screen ¬ ki in full it is closed.
3. Check the position sensor Drosia ¬ selnoy dampers (see above).
4. If necessary, adjust the throttle position sensor for ¬ slonki.
a) Loosen the two screws holding the sensor.

Removal
1. Disconnect the (-) wire from the negative-terminal battery ba-tarei.

g) Slowly rotating body sen-chica in a clockwise direction, locate its position when the ohmmeter measure ¬ nit his testimony. Secure the transmitter housing in this position with two screws.
e) Re-check the wiring between the terminals ¬ dependence YU1_ and E2, mustache-tanavlivaya between the adjusting screw and lever throttle for flat-slonki probe thickness 0.35 or 0.59 mm.

Installation
1. Install an additional supply valve ¬ relatively air (see below).
2. Install the throttle body for-slonki together with a new gasket on the intake manifold and secure with 2 - ring bolts and 2 nuts. Torque. 22 Nm
3. Then connect the following hoses:
• crankcase ventilation system;
• cooling liquid;
• air hose;
• vacuum hoses.
4. (For engines with re-circulation of exhaust gases) Install a vacuum tube of the recirculation system, securing it with 3-ball Tami.
5. Connect to the gauge on the position the throttle.
6. Connect a cable throttle, set the return spring-Aqsa leratora, adjust the tension of the cable.
7. (For models with automatic transmission) Connect the throttle cable to the drive mechanism.
8. Install the air cleaner hose.
9. Connect the (-) wire to the negative-terminal of the battery ba-tarei.
10. Pour coolant into the engine cooling system (see "Cooling System).
