Removing the cylinder head 4A-GE (AE101, AE111)
1. Relieve the fuel pressure in the top-heavy rain collector (see chapter "Fuel Injection System").
2. Remove the timing belt (see page 22).
3. Remove the coolant pump fluid ¬ bone.
4. Disconnect the cable drive Drosia ¬ selnoy flap.
5. (Automatic) Remove the cable management of ¬-valve throttle.
6. Remove the air duct.
7. Disconnect the hose inlet cooling ¬ giving liquid.
8. Disconnect the drainage hose is cooled giving liquid.
9.Disconnect the hose heater.
10. Disconnect the supply of fuel to the collector.
1 1. Disconnect the hose back top ¬ Lebanon.
12. Disconnect the vacuum hoses.
13. Remove the air intake chamber.
a) Remove the five bolts and remove the air intake chamber.
b) Remove the tubes.
a) Disconnect the vacuum hoses and remove the air intake chamber.
14. Loosen the nuts protections ¬ Nogo jacket harness, detachable ¬ filamentary all the connectors and remove the tourniquet.
15. Remove the support legs chamber air intake.

16. Remove the head cover.
17. When removing the timing belt is not rotating the rachivayte distribution and co-lenchaty shafts to avoid co-accented pistons and valves. Before removing the camshaft to rotate the crankshaft by 45 ° counter-clockwise (see illustration).
18. Hold the camshaft for the hex part, holes ¬ filamentary bolts jagged shki ¬ Islands and remove the toothed pulleys races ¬ predvala exhaust valves and CPG ¬ sknyh valves UUT assembly.
19. Remove the protective cover № 4 timing belt.
20. Remove the right engine mount.
21. Remove the camshaft intake valves and bottom support bearings ¬ Cove camshaft.
22. Disconnect the receiving tube deep shitelya from the exhaust manifold.
23. Remove the cylinder head. a) Using the special tools, on-return head bolts in the manner indicated in Fig ¬ sunke (after loosening them for 2 or 3 passes).
24. Remove the valve.
25. Remove the sewers.
b) Remove the cylinder head assembly and gasket.
