Check injectors

Check injectors
.1. Check the quality of the injection nozzles.
Caution: Avoid sparks during the test. a) Prepare the necessary ser ¬ session length adaptation (see Fig.).
1 - fuel pressure regulator (remove from the vehicle), 2 - connection - adapter to the regulator, 3 - socket adapter to the nozzle, 4 - service ¬ ny hose, 5 - socket adapter to the fuel filter, b - a clip for fixing jets, 7 - injector, fuel filter 8.
b) Remove the bolt and remove the overflow inlet fuel hose from the fuel filter.
a)Connect the socket adapter (3) and the service hose (4) to yield ¬ Nome hole fuel filter ¬ pa (2) with bolts (5), ¬ navlivaemogo mouth along with the new pro ¬ clutches (6).
Torque. 29 Nm
Note: Use the fuel filter the car.
g) Disconnect the fuel pressure regulator (1) of the fuel collector ¬ p and connect the service pipe ¬ ny (2) with fitting adapter, (3), attaching it with 2 bolts to the regulator.
Tightening torque ... 9.3 Nm
Connect the hose back of fuel (4) to the regulator. Attention: Install new gaskets ¬ ki on the fuel pressure regulator.
d) Install a new fuse-state hub and new O-ring (1) on the nozzle (2).
e) Connect the nipple-transfer ¬ nick (3) and the service hose (4) to form ¬ sunke (2), attach the nozzle to release the power of ¬ (5).
g) Install the nozzle in the measuring cup. Put looked like Wi-Nilova hose (6) on the nozzle to avoid spraying fuel.
h) Connect the (-) wire to the negative ¬ positive (-) terminal of the battery.
i) Turn the ignition key. Caution: Do not start the engine.
k) Jumper jumper findings "PP" and "+ B" diagnostic connector, l) Connect the wire service with a nozzle and rechargeable bat-Reay for 15 seconds, measure the amount of injected fuel in a graduated vessel ¬ va. Repeat test 2-3 times for each injector.

5A-PE. 40 - 50 cm3 for 15 seconds.
The difference between the jets in the supply of up to 5 cm3
If the fuel supply is beyond the admissible limits, COMPATIBLES, replace the nozzle.
2. Check the drain.
a) At the end of the last of verification, disconnect the wires from the ba-tarei and check the leakage of fuel through the nozzle.
Leakage: Less than 1 drop in 1 minute.
b) Turn the ignition off, remove the jumper from the diagnostic connector, and disconnect the EMA (-) wire from the terminals of the battery-negatively ¬ Noah battery.
a) Remove the fittings, adapters and service pipes.
g) Connect the fuel hose to the outlet of the fuel filter, tightening the bolt bypass.
Tightening torque 29 Nm
3. Check with an oscilloscope. When the engine is idling, check waveform between terminals number 10, 20 and E01 electronic control unit.
The correct waveform is shown in the chart (the chart on the lower weight ¬ headquarters on the horizontal axis is increased 100-fold).
Install injector
Note: The sequence

e) Set the nozzle with the fuel manifold to the intake manifold.

4A-OE 17 Nm
2. (4A-FE models 4 №) Set the modulator pressure system threads ¬ ¬ ha EGR call (see above).
3. Attach the inlet fuel hose to the fuel reservoir.
a) Install the overflow screw (with 2 new washers) and tighten ¬ filamentary it.
Tightening torque 29 Nm
6) (4A-GE)
Tighten the fixing bolt.
Tightening torque 7.4 Nm
A. Plug the receiver back of fuel to the fuel pressure regulator.
5. Plug for connector form-sunok.
6. (In 4A-0E with flow of air) Connect the hose absolute pressure sensor in the intake manifold.
7. (5A-FE, 4A-FE (AE111))
Connect the vacuum hose to re-gulyatoru fuel pressure.
8. (5A-FE, 4A-FE (AE111)) Connect the ventilation system hoses ¬ modulation crankcase.
Warning: connect a tone cue ¬ ventilation hose car ¬ tera so that the white mark on the hose was directed upward, toward the valve covers.
9. (In 5A-FE)
Connect the injector tube of the cold start the engine (see above).
10. Connect the (-) wire with negative terminal of the battery.
11. Check out the possible leakage of fuel through the connection (see above).
(7A-FE (AE93 and AE102) and 4A-FE (AT190 and AE101) (serial version and the version with the system of lean burn))
1. Install the injectors and the fuel reservoir.
a) Install a new fuse-negative sleeve on the nozzle.
b) Apply a thin layer of fuel on a new gasket and installed it on novite nozzle.
d) Install four prison and two (for the production version) or three (for the version with the combustion system of lean ¬) spacers.
d) Install the fuel injectors co-collector on the intake manifold. Gradually tighten the two screws fixing the fuel collec-tor to the intake manifold.

For the serial version of the 15 Nm
For the option of a system of lean burn 9.3 Nm
2. Plug for connector form-sunok.
4. Connect the hose back top ¬ Lebanon to the fuel pressure regulator.
3. Attach the inlet fuel hose to the fuel manifold, mouth-noviv bypass bolt with 2 nova ¬ E gaskets and tighten it. Torque. 29 nm
5. (Just for the serial version of the engine)
Install cover the top of the intake manifold. Install a new gasket and on ¬ power wrench with a head on 6 mm tighten the 3 bolts and 2 nuts in the sequence indicated in the figure.
Torque. 19 nm
6. Connect the hose system of veins, tilyatsii crankcase vacuum hose.

a) Put a new gasket on top of the inlet flange of the collector so that the protrusion on the strip was turned down.
b) Attach the rack top of the intake manifold and transported the gauge hook (arm) motor-Chairman bolt and nut.
Torque. 28 Nm
Caution: Use a new bolt and new nut.
a) Connect the air tube and air inlet fuel hose bolt (or 2 bolts). 9. (Just for the serial version of the engine)
Install the throttle body for-slonki,
a) Install a new gasket on top of the intake manifold, redirect it down the tab.
b) Attach the throttle body with 2 bolts and 2 rad ¬ kami of the sequence shown in Figure ¬ Noah.
Torque. 22 Nm
a) Connect to the shell-Drosia selnoy damper
• vacuum hose;
• bypass coolant hoses;
• air hose.
g) Connect the following connectors throttle body:
• plug the throttle position sensor;

10. (Except for models with the left located ¬ zheniem steering control for vari ¬ anta depleted composition of the mixture) Connect the accelerator cable to the throttle body. 1 1. 12. Install the air cleaner hose.
13. Fill cooling system with coolant.
14. Connect the (-) wire with negative terminal of the battery.
Mass air flow sensor
Only for motor 4A-OE with divergence ¬ domerom air.
Checking the engine
Check the electrical resistance of the air flow.
a) Disconnect the connector from the cost-measure of the air.
b) Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the corre-mi-pin connector air flow.

If the resistance value of the outputs ¬ DIT beyond the given value ¬ Nij, replace the air flow. a) Connect the air flow meter.
Removal of the air flow meter
1. Disconnect the electrical connector air flow.
2. Disconnect the air cleaner hose.
3. Remove the electropneumatic system threads increase the speed of idling.
4. Remove the air-mass, pre-wring fixing plate and removing the 4 nuts
