Removing the cylinder head of the block of wood ¬ 4A-FE, 5A-FE and 7A-FE
1. Disconnect the negative-terminal of the battery.
2. Drain the coolant (see "Cooling System").
3. (4A-FE (AT190 and AE101), 5A-FE and 7A-FE)
Remove the alternator drive belt and water pump (see "Removing the timing belt" of "timing belt").
4. (4A-FE (AT190 and AE101), 5A-FE and 7A-FE)
Disconnect the electrical motor ¬ telya after disconnecting or removing: Power generator (1), electrical wiring ¬ generator (2) jack ¬dates chica emergency oil pressure (3), two clamp wiring (4).

5. (4A-FE (AT190 and AE101), 5A-FE and 7A-FE)
Remove the generator by removing its mounting bolt, nut and adjusting bolt.
6. Remove the exhaust manifold. (4A-FE (AE101, AT190) serial va ¬ variants with a three-neutralized catalysts)
a) Remove the 3 bolts, 2 nuts and Snee ¬ mite upper shielded against heat.
b) by removing 3 screws, remove the rack supports ¬ nuyu exhaust manifold.
(4A-FE (AE92, AE95, AT171 iAT180)) a) Remove the 5 bolts (model 2 \ W) or 4 bolts (4 \ W) and remove the top cover a heat.

8. Remove the ignition, the combined unit Gahnia (sensor-distributor ignition ¬ Gahnia with ignition coil (block contactless ignition system)), having removed vysokovolt ¬ nye wires (keeping them only for rubber blankets) and unscrewing the two screws fastening the sensor-distributor.
9. Remove the nozzles for supplying coolant to the cylinder head.
a) (4A-FE (AE101 iAT190), 5A-7A PEu-PE)
4A-FE (AE101, AT190) and 7A-FE.
Disconnect the temperature sensor coolant connector and alarm temperature increase of cooling liquid - STI (5A-PE) pipes bypass oh-lazhdayuschey fluid and vacuum hose, power saws bimetallic nevmoklapana fuel vapor recovery system (4A-FE (AE101, AT190) and 7A-FE).
5 A-PE.
(4A-FE (AE92, 95, AT171, 180) Disconnect the connectors: the temperature sensor coolant temperature alarm raising ¬ tours coolant injector relays a cold start the engine.

a) Disconnect the alternator, the wiring of the generator, transducer connector ¬ ka emergency oil pressure.
b) Remove the bolt, remove the ho-muty wires from the bracket and the wiring of-band from the cover rem ¬ AEs timing.
17. (4A-FE (AE92, AE95, AT171, AT180)) Disconnect the wiring from the motor ¬ telya intake manifold.
a) Disconnect the following connectors:
• throttle position sensor.
• Control speed of idling,
• (Models 2 \ H-system retsir kulyatsii exhaust) Kla Pan ¬ ¬ pneumatic circuit system we exhaust gas recirculation.
• Cold start injectors.
b) Disconnect the electrical clamps vodka from the vacuum tube.
c) removing 3 screws, remove the elec-troprovodku with the intake manifold.
18. (4A-FE (AE92, AE95, AT171, AT180) model 4SHO) Disconnect the vacuum 3 - tion hose, unscrew the bolt and remove the vacuum tube.
19. Disconnect the wiring from the engine intake manifold by removing the bolt and 2 nuts.
20. (4A-FE (AE101, AT190) and 7A-FE) Remove the lid of the chamber inlet excitation-
14. Remove the rack supporting the intake manifold by removing 3 screws 4A-FE (AE101, AT190) and 7A-FE or 2 bolts (5A-PE).
15. Pick up the receiver bypassing the air after disconnecting the phone line and return fuel drain by removing the bolt and nut.
• Remove the two hose system of forced ventilation, the map ¬ pa hose and vacuum transfer.
• Using the Allen key to unscrew the three 6 mm bolts, 2 nuts and remove the air intake chamber and gasket.
21. (4A-FE (AE101, AT190) and 7A-FE) Disconnect the trunk of the inverse drain fuel from the fuel pressure regulator.
22. Disconnect the supply of top ¬ Lebanon of the total fuel line (the collector)
