Removing the nozzle
Note: The sequence
procedures for removing nozzles and the number of units removed parts differ by various engines. In connection with. This combined below of the description procedure to nozzles for the engines, which matches most of the operations. (4A-GE (AE92 and AT160) 4A-FE (AE92, AE95, AT171 and AT180), 5A-FE (AE110), 4A-FE (AE111))
1. Disconnect the (-) wire from the negative-terminal of the battery.
2. (4A-OE and 4A-FE)
Disconnect the injector cold start ¬ Nogo.3. (5A-PE (AE110), 4A-FE (AE111)) Disconnect the hoses of fan-modulation crankcase.
4. Disconnect:
• vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator;
• Connectors nozzles;
• fuel return hose.
5. Lift the handset or the fuel inlet fuel hose from fuel-collector.
a) Remove the bolts fastening the pipe ¬ ki fuel.
b) Remove the bypass bolt, lowering ¬ mite 2 spacers and tube feeding then ¬ Pliva.
Please note:
• Place a suitable container or put rags under the fuel-ing up,
• Unscrew the bypass screw gradually.

6. (4A-FE models 4M0) Remove the modulator pressure EGR (see "Removing the cylinder head").
7. Remove the fuel manifold and nozzle.
a) Remove the two screws (4A-FE and 5A-PE) or three bolts (4A-GE) and remove the fuel manifold ¬ those with jets.
Caution: Work with nozzles carefully and do not let them pas ¬ Denia.
b) Remove the cylinder head of the block ¬ ditch four prison and two (4A-FE and 5A-PE) or three (4A-GE) spacers.

II - bolt and nut fastening Drosia-selnoy valve (MV = 22 Nm), 12 - Rack bolt the upper part of the intake manifold (MH = 28 nm), 13 - valve connector system of speed control of the ho ¬ cavity, 14 - transportirovoch ¬ ny hook (eye) (MZ = 28 nm), 15 - nozzle insulator, 16 - forsun ¬ ka, 17 - safety sleeve, 18 - O-ring, 19 - bolt fuel manifold (MH = 15 N m) 20 - Spacer bolts attaching the fuel reservoir, 21 - fuel manifold, 22 - ¬ Noah input fuel hose (type A), 23 - inlet fuel hose (type B), 24 - gasket, 25 - by-pass screw (MZ = 29 N m ), 26 - the tube (hose) return fuel, 27 - jack formula ¬ figure, 28 - cap air hose and filter ¬ Nogo (AE93 and AE102) 29 - Sensor connector the intake air temperature (AE93 and AE102).
c) Remove the four jets from then-plivnogo collector.
g) Remove the O-rings and
protective sleeve with each
nozzle.
(7A-FE (AE93 and AE102) and 4A-FE (AT190 and AE101) (serial version and the version with the system of lean burn)) 1. Disconnect the (-) wire from the negative battery terminal ¬ Indeed.
9. Disconnect the hose return of fuel from the fuel pressure regulator.
Parts, separated by removing the nozzles (4A-FE (version with my system ¬ lean burn) for the AE101 and AT190)). 1 - tube-excited fuel doors, 2 - vacuum hose fuel pressure regulator, 3 - nozzle insulator, 4 - forsun ¬ ka, 5 - protective sleeve, 6 - O-ring seal, 7 - bolt fuel manifold (MH = 9.3 Nm ), 8 - spacer, 9 - Top showers collector, 10 - input then ¬ plivny hose, 11 and 12 - gaskets,
13 - by-pass screw (MZ = 29 Nm)
14 - crankcase ventilation system hoses, 15 - slot nozzle.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Disconnect hoses from the air filter.
4. (Except for models with the left-located zheniem steering for variants with combustion system lunch United mixes)
Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body.
5. (For models with automatic transmission and engine production version) Disconnect the throttle cable at ¬ slonki of throttle body for ¬ slonki.
6. (Just for the serial version of the engine)
Remove the throttle body.
a) Disconnect connectors:
• throttle position sensor;
• valve control system speed idling.
b) Disconnect: vacuum hose, hose bypass coolant, air hose.
Parts, separated by removing the nozzles (5A-PE (AE110), 4A-FE (AE111)). 1 - nozzle insulator, 2 - nozzle, 3 - fuse ¬ Nye sleeve, 4 - O-ring seal ¬ tion, 5 - vacuum tube regulator ¬ ra fuel pressure, 6 - bolt crepe ¬ leniya fuel manifold (MH = 15 nm), 7 - spacers, 8 - the fuel return pipe, 9 - fuel manifold, 10 - inlet fuel hose, 11 - gasket, 12 - Census ¬ SKNOU bolt (MH = 29 nm), 13 - shlan ¬ w crankcase ventilation system, 14 - slot nozzle.
7. (Just for the serial version of the engine)
Remove shipping hook (bracket) of the engine and the top rack ¬ it of the intake manifold.
a) Remove the bolts and remove the tube by air inlet and the fuel hose.
b) removing the nut (and bolt), remove the bracket and engine stand upper part of the intake manifold with a gasket.
8. (Just for the serial version of the engine)
Remove the cover the top of the intake manifold-tion.
a) Remove the two hose crankcase ventilation system.
b) Disconnect the vacuum hose.
c) Allen key head with a 6 mm unscrew the 3 screws and 2 nuts and remove the upper part of the CPG-sknogo manifold with gaskets.
11. Unplug the connector nozzles.
12. Remove the fuel manifold and nozzle.
a) removing 3 or 2 (option with the theme of the combustion system lean) bolts and remove the fuel collec ¬ torus along with the injectors.
Caution: Be careful what ¬ would not drop the injectors when removing the fuel manifold.
b) Remove the 4 insulator and 2 or 3 (optional combustion system with lunch United mixes) spacers with the cylinder head.
c) Remove the nozzle from the fuel reservoir of ¬.
g) Remove the O-rings and protective sleeve with each injector.
