Removing and installing fuel pump ¬ Nogo (4A-GE (AE92
and AT160) and 4A-FE (AE92,
AE95 and AT171))
Removal
Warning: when this integer yes ¬ work does not smoke and stay away from the on ¬ open flame.
1. Disconnect the negative ¬ positive (-) battery terminals.
2. Drain the fuel from the fuel tank.
3. Remove the fuel tank.
Resistance to 20'S ... 0.2 - 3.0 ohm resistance if not equal to the specified range, replace the top ¬ shower pump.
b) Check the pump by connecting the (+) and(-) conduction but the battery respectively to terminals "4" and "5" (except AE93) or "1" and "2" (AE93) jack pump. Make sure that the then-plivny pump is running. In the case against Mr. ¬ replace the pump.
4. Disconnect the fuel pump bracket from the fuel tank: remove the five screws and remove

5. Separate the fuel pump from the bracket:
• Loosen the 2 nuts and disconnect the wiring from the pump
• Disconnect the pump from the bottom of the bracket
• Disconnect the fuel hose from the pump.
6. Remove the fuel pump with filter pump
• Remove the rubber shock absorber
• Remove the clamp and remove the filter.
Installation
1. Install the fuel filter in ¬ Sosa and rubber bumper on at ¬ wc (only use a new collar).
2. Install the pump in the bracket:
• put the fuel hose on you tube ¬ RF Input pump
• secure the pump wiring 2 nuts,
4. Install the fuel tank in place. Please note:
• Tighten the mounting bolts for fuel tank and other threaded connection with high ¬ normalized torque, use a torque wrench with the long arm of 30 cm;
• Tightening torque of bolt and NPC pelnyh joints of pipelines: 34 Nm (4A-0E) and 30 Nm (4A-FE);
• the connection of metal pipes and hoses, piping must be in a certain position relative to the tube (see the figure), while fixed-regulating clamp should vatsya-establishes a distance of 2-7 mm from the outlet of the hose, as shown in the figure;
3. Install the bracket (with pump) into the fuel tank, type bracket with a new gasket in the fuel tank and secure it by 5 screws.
Tightening torque:
4A-OE. 3.4 Nm
4A-FE. 3.9 Nm
• If you use a hose clamp must-vatsya establishes the initial position NII.

Removal
Note: when performing this kind of work do not smoke and stay away from open flames. (7A-FE (AE93, AE102)) 1. Disconnect the negative ¬ positive (-) battery terminals.

(7A-FE (AE93))
2.1. Drain the fuel from the fuel tank.
2.2. Remove the fuel tank.
2.3. Remove the fuel pump bracket by unscrewing the bolts 7.
(7A-FE (AE103))
3.1. Lift the rear cushion the seat si.
3.2. Remove the cover of the service hatch and disconnect the pump connector and the total sensor fuel level indicator.
3.3. Disconnect the fuel pipes and hoses from the pump bracket. '
a) Remove the bypass screw, remove the 2 gaskets, and disconnect the tube removal from fuel kronshtey ¬ on pump.
Torque. 29 Nm
b) Disconnect the 2 fuel hose from the pump bracket.
3.4. Remove the bracket from the pump top-tidal tank.
a) Remove the 8 bolts.
Torque. .4,0 N m
b) Pull the fuel pump.
a) Remove the gasket from the bracket.
(4A-FE (AE101, AT180 and AT190), 5A-FE (AE110)
1. Disconnect the negative-(-) battery terminals.
2. Remove the rear seat cushion.
3. Remove the cover of the service hatch
• using a torque wrench with a shoulder length 30 cm, aperture ¬ filamentary screws and remove the cover;
Torque. 30 Nm
• Disconnect the pump and the dates ¬ chica fuel level.
Caution: make sure your fuel is not spilled.
4. Disconnect the hose from the bracket and the fuel pump. Caution: remove the fuel filter Nogo ¬ to ¬ tit prevent leakage of fuel.
a) If a torque of the key with ¬ shoulder length 30 cm (applying a normalized moment of 30 N-m), disconnect the bypass screw from the bracket on the fuel ¬ Sosa, remove the bypass bolt, 2 spacers and remove the tube from the pump bracket.
b) Disconnect the hose back then ¬ Pliva bracket from the fuel pump.
5. Disconnect the fuel pump bracket from the fuel tank.
a) Remove the eight bolts attaching the normalized time of 3.4 Nm.
b) Remove the bracket assembly and remove the gasket from the bracket.
Warning: when you build the site establish ¬ Vite new gasket.
Installation
(4A-FE (AE101, AT180 and AT190), 5A-FE (AE110), 7A-FE (AE102)) 1. Install the fuel pump in the fuel tank.
a) Install a new gasket under the fuel pump bracket.
b) Enter the fuel pump bracket to the fuel tank.
a) Secure the fuel pump bracket with 8 screws (or bolts - to AT180).
Torque. 3.9 Nm
2. Attach the tube of fuel and the fuel hose to the bracket top ¬ tidal pump. a) Using a torque wrench with a shoulder 30 cm tube to attach the bracket to the fuel ¬ Sosa, tightening the bolt bypass. Torque. 30 Nm
b) Attach the hose back to the va ¬ fuel fuel pump bracket.
3. Connect the wire to the negative (-) terminal of the battery.
4. Check for leaks top ¬ Lebanon.
5. Replace the cover hatch diagnostic at the bottom of the body, securing it with wines ¬ Tami. Connect the fuel pump and sensor level indicator then ¬ Pliva in the tank.
6. Install the rear cushion ¬ Nha Side.
(7A-FE (AE93))
1. Install the fuel pump bracket.
a) Install the bracket with a new gasket on the fuel tank.
b) Tighten the bolts 7. Torque. 3.4 Nm
2. Install the fuel tank.
3. Pour gasoline into the fuel tank.
4. Connect the wire to the negative-terminal of the battery ba ¬ tarei.
5. Check for leakage of fuel.
(7A-FE (AE103))
The pump is carried out in reverse order of removal.
Removing and installing the fuel pump of ¬ (4A-GE (AE111))
Note: When removing and installing the fuel pump assembly Tes ¬ leadership pattern "parts, separated by removing the fuel pump (4A-OE (AE111))."
1. Disconnect the pipe intake of fuel.
Tightening torque
(N p, and installation) .3 8 N m
2. Disconnect the hose from the nozzle of the water ¬ fuel.
3. Remove the fuel pump bracket by unscrewing the bolts 7.
Tightening torque
(During installation) 3.5 Nm
4. Remove the pump from the bracket.
5. Install in the reverse order ¬ rated.
