Removing the valve system controlling the frequency of rotation ¬ idle
1. Remove the throttle for ¬ slonki (see "Removing the throttle body").

2. Remove the valve feeding the additional air to the throttle body-tion valve with gasket, after removing 3 (4A-FE), 4 (5A-PE for the AE110, 4A-FE for AE101 and AT190, 7A-FE AE102 to AE93 and) or 5 screws (4A-0E). Remove the gasket.
Check valves control the rotation speed of idling ¬
(4A-FE (AE101, AT190), 5A-FE (AE110), 7A-FE (AE93, AE102, AE115)) Check the valve, a) Connect the connecting wire from the positive (+) battery terminals (1) to contacts ¬ N + B and (-) connecting wire to the connector R5S (2) valve (3) and make sure that the actuator valve is closed (4).

II - hose bypass air 12 - bypass coolant hose, 13-cable throttle.
b) Connect the connecting wire from the positive (+) battery terminals (1) to contacts that ¬ + B, and (-) connecting wire to the connector R5S (2) valve (3) and make sure that the actuator valve is open (4 .)
If the operation of the valve differs from the description, then replace the valve. (4A-FE (AE111))
Check the operation of the valve.
a) Make sure the valve is open, well napolovi.
b) Connect the valve system controlling the frequency of rotation ¬ absorption of idling to the valve.
c) Turn the ignition key.
d) Ensure that within 0.5 sec ¬ Kunda valve is fully open ¬ Xia, fully closed and is reminiscent of ¬ than half open.
If the work is different from the description of the valve, replace it.
e) Turn off the ignition.
e) Disconnect the valve.

2. Install the throttle body for ¬ slonki (see "Setting the throttle body").
1. Install the valve. (4A-FE (AE92, AE95, AT171 and AT180) and 4A-OE (AE92 and AT160)) Install the valve, the pre ¬ relatively putting a new gasket on the throttle body and establish ¬ Viv new gasket. Over ¬ tighten those screws.
