Removing the throttle body
1. Disconnect the (-) wire from the negative battery terminal Indeed ¬ ¬ ba tarei.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body.
4. (For models with automatic transmission) Disconnect the cable drive Drosia ¬ selnoy damper on the mechanism under ¬ water.
5. Disconnect the hose of the air filter (4A-RB) or a hose and air filter cover (5A-FE, 7A-FE) (see procedure above).
6. Remove the throttle over-slonki.
a) Disconnect the connectors:
•throttle position sensor;
• valve control system speed idling.
b) Disconnect the following hoses:
• hose crankcase ventilation system (4A-FE, 5A-FE);
• Two hose bypass cooling gives the liquid;
• air hose;
• vacuum hoses;
• hose fuel vapor recovery system (5A-PE).
c) If necessary, remove the throttle body with a cluster of pan ¬ speed control idle speed.
d) removing the two nuts and two bolts, remove the throttle body for-slonki together with a gasket.
Check throttle body flap ¬ Noah
1. Clean the dirty details of the throttle body, used by using a soft brush and carburetor cleaner. Using compressed air ¬ spirit, blow all the channels and apertures.
Caution: Do not clean the sensor on the position the throttle, something would not hurt him.
2. Check the throttle. Make sure that no gap (1) IU ¬ forward stop screw (2) and lever (3) Throttle (4) with its full closure.

b) Set the angle of the full opening of the throttle on the vertical gauge in accordance with specifications set forth below.
The angle of the full throttle opening is:
• models with manual transmission 73 "or 79"
• models with automatic transmission 63 "or 69"
Note: The total value of the angle of the throttle valve, including a quantity denotes the initial angle, the corresponding fully to close the throttle of over-slonki (see picture).
c) Using an ohmmeter, check the conductivity between the corresponding pins of connector ¬ schimi throttle position sensor at different positions of the plate ¬ HN throttle (see table).

4. (4A-FE, 7A-FE, 5A-FE (AE110s 1997.)) If necessary, adjust the dates ¬ snip throttle. a) Loosen the two screws holding the sensor.
Insert the flat probe 0.70 mm thick between the adjustment of wines that ¬ and lever throttle. a) Connect the ohmmeter probes to terminals "YU1_" and "E2" pin ¬ dates chica.
g) Slowly rotating housing dates chica ¬ clockwise, locate its position when the ohmmeter measure ¬ nit his testimony. Secure the transmitter housing in this position with two screws.
e) Recheck the conductivity between the terminals "YU1_" and "E2" setting between regulirovoch-nym screw and lever throttle flat feeler thickness of 0.40 or 0.90 mm.

Installing casing Drosia-selnoy flap
1. Install the throttle body for ¬ slonki.
a) Connect the hoses and bleed the coolant air ¬ ny hose.
b) Install a new gasket on the intake manifold flange down.
a) Install the throttle body and secure it with two ball ¬ Tami and two nuts in the sequence ¬ sequence, shown in the figure.
Torque. 22 Nm
g) Connect the following hoses:
• ventilation hose car-tera (4A-RE. 5A-PE);
• bypass coolant hoses:
• air hose;
• vacuum hoses;
• hose recovery system pa ¬ ditch fuel (5A-PE).
d) Connect:
• plug the throttle position sensor;
• plug valve system control ¬ leniya speed holo ¬ stack of turn.
2. Connect a cable throttle, set the return spring Aqsa ¬ leratora, adjust the tension of the cable.
3. (For models with automatic transmission) Connect the throttle cable to the drive mechanism.
4. Connect the hose of the air filter (4A-FE) or a hose and air filter cover (5A-FE, 7A-FE).
5. Pour coolant into the engine cooling system (see "Cooling System").
6. Connect the (-) wire to the negative-terminal of the battery.
