Disassembly and reassembly of the fuel pump

Disassembly and reassembly of the fuel pump ¬ (4A-FE (AE 101, AT190), 5A-FE (AE110), 7A-FE (AE93, AE102))
Disassembly
1. Remove the fuel pump with the Crown matte.

Assembly
Note: The assembly is done in the reverse procedure of disassembly (see The corresponding figures).
1. Set the pump electrical connector, securing it in place with the support bar and pad with 2 screws.
2. Install the fuel tube and top tube ¬ showers.
3. Install the fuel pump filter-sa to the fuel pump, but using a clamp ¬ vy.
4. Install the sensor level index ¬ AEs fuel, securing it with 2 screws ¬ mi. Connect the sensor.
5. Attach the fuel pump to the bracket.

Disassembly

Assembly
Note: The assembly is done in the reverse procedure of disassembly (see The corresponding figures).
Install the fuel pump filter-sa to the fuel pump, but using a clamp ¬ vy.
Attach the fuel pump to the bracket.
a) Install the rubber depreciation ¬ torus to the fuel pump.
b) Put the fuel hose to the outlet pump.

Cold start injector
(4A-FE (AE92, AE95, AT171 and AT180) and 4A-OE (AE92 and AT160))

Checking the engine
Check the resistance of the cold start injector.
a) Disconnect the nozzle from a cold start and with the help of th ¬ meter measure the resistance of the coils ¬ nozzle.
Nominal value:
4A-FE. 5.3 Ohm
4A-OE 4.2 Ohm
If the resistance is not in-fall in this range, replace the nozzle.
b) Connect the nozzle.
Removing the cold start injector
1. Disconnect the negative-(-) battery terminals.
2. Disconnect from the nozzle.
3. Remove the tube injector cold start ¬ th:
• Place a substitute vessel or rags under the connection tube
• gradually loosen the two bolts-GOVERNMENTAL bypass, pick up and 4 gaskets.

Check the quality of fuel injection cold start injector.
Caution: Do not allow the inspection of sparking contacts. a) Set the socket adapter hose to the nozzle and pressure gauge tube, put 2 new gaskets ¬ ki, and connect it by-pass screw.

e) Connect the wire to the negative-terminal of the battery.
e) Turn the ignition key. Warning: do not run the engine.
g) Short out the conclusions of the "PP" and "+ B" diagnostic connector.
h) Connect the service cord to the battery and check the shape of the fuel jet nozzle
Note: This operation should be is satisfied for the minimum possible time.
2. Check fuel leakage
a) At the end of the last of verification disconnect service pro-water from the battery and make sure that the leakage of fuel through the nozzle jets are not more ¬ Leia one drop per minute.
