Check the pump (leak test)
Preliminary check the pump before the main test of the pump, follow these steps:
a) Pass a certain amount of fuel through the pump to convince ¬ turnsout that pump valves are working.
b) Not blocking the pump tubing, work the lever pump, to estimate the magnitude of the applied forces and backlash on the lever.
1. Check the inlet valve. Close the outlet pipe with your finger and the fuel return pipe, be sure to increase the free movement of the lever and the lack of effort on the lever.
3. Check the diaphragm. Close the intake and release your finger ¬ nuyu tube and the fuel return pipe and make sure the pump zablo ¬ kirovan.
4. Check the lip seal. Close the vent and make sure the pump is blocked.
Warning: if the results of previous audits did not meet the require-vaniyam, the broken seal pump.
