Change oil and filter
Please note:

1. Drain oil by removing the plug oil filler cap and removing drain plug from ¬ nuyu oil pan.
2. Replace the oil filter.

• Clean the contact surface under the filter and lubricate the seal ring on the filter with fresh oil can-reflex;
• screw the filter by hand until of the moment of contact between the seal ring is the filter surface and Stu block;
• appropriate key tighten filter an additional 3 / 4 turn,
3. Fill the engine motor w ¬ lo, pre-clearing and establish ¬ Viv to place the drain plug with new gasket.
Tightening torque: 4A-F, 4A-FE, 4A and 7A-OE-PE .... 34 Nm

Oil Pump Removal
Caution: when removing the oil pump to repair the oil pan and filter maslozabornika should also be removed and cleaned.
1. Drain the oil from the engine.
2. Remove the following timing (see "gas distribution mechanism"):
• Toothed timing belt.

• Gear crankshaft pulley.
3. Remove the dipstick assembly (complete with a guide).

Disassembly
1. Remove the relief valve, remove the ring-latch, removing stop springs and spring.

Test

maximum permissible ... 0.10 mm
If the size of any gap larger than the maximum value for ¬ menite both rotors (both gears). If necessary, replace the entire pump.
