Final assembly of the engine
1. Install the oil pump.
a) Put a new gasket on the surface of the cylinder ¬, ¬ muyu butted with the oil pump housing.

2. (4A-F, 5A-F, 4A-FE, 5A-FE and 4A-DE) Install the oil pan and oil intake with mesh filter. a) (4A-DE)
Set maslouspokoitel:

Set the connection (with 2 new gaskets) hose from the oil cooler by-pass screw by tightening it. Tightening torque: 4A-FE (AE92, AE95, AT171, AT180)
and 4A-OE. 25 Nm
4A-FE (AE101, AT190) 34 Nm
(7A-FE)
Set the bottom of the sump, maslouspokoitel, maslopri-receiver with filter and top ¬ nyuyu of the oil pan.
a) Remove the old sealant from the con-tact surfaces and clean them with solvent.
b) Apply sealant (see paragraph "a" section "2"), the surface of the upper part of the pallet, as shown in the figure.
g) Replace and tighten the 6 bolts "B" (MH = 7.8 Nm).
e) Set maslopriemnik but with a gasket-hand and secure it with three nuts (MH = 9.3 Nm).
e) Set maslouspokoitel, securing it with 2 screws and 2 nuts (MH = 7.8 Nm).
g) Install the lower portion of the oil sump-tion.
• Remove the old sealant from the contact surfaces, and their eyes-Stith solvent.
Note: Do not use solvents that may damage painted surfaces.
• Apply sealer (see paragraph "a" section "2"), on the surface of the pallet, as shown on Figure
• Install the lower portion of the oil pan ¬ Nogo, securing her 13 pp ¬ Tami and two nuts (MH = 4.9 Nm). e) (Only for engines with oil cooler ¬ nym) Install hose fitting oil ¬ Nogo radiator with 2 new pro ¬ clutches and tighten the bolt Relief (MH = 34 Nm).
3. (4A-DE)
