1. Set the input and output po ¬ tori.
Place the master and slave po ¬ tori labels to the lid cor ¬ Busan, as shown in the figure.
Replace the lid of the pump body and secure it with screws,tighten them.

2. Install relief valve in the reverse order of its removal.
Installation
1. Install the pump (see "Final assembly of the engine" of "Engine Block").
2. Install the masloizmeritel-tion probe assembly with a guide. Install a new O-ring, pre-lubricated it with soap and water. Then install the dipstick assembly and attach it over-bolt (MH = 9.3 Nm).
3. Install the oil pan (see "Final assembly of the motion gatelya ¬" under "Engine Block").
4 Install the timing belt pulleys kolencha ¬ of the shaft for the timing (see Sec ¬ affairs "Engine Block").
5. Set (without delay) the tensioner pulley and belt tension spring when the water ¬ timing.
6. Install the timing belt.
7. Fill the system with oil.
8. Start the engine and make sure no leakage of oil.

4. Removing the cap on the oil filter bracket, remove the relief valve parts (gasket, spring and valve itself).

Check relief valve
Apply a thin layer of valve mo ¬ tor oil and gently lower it into the opening bracket. The valve should easily fall under the proper ¬ vennogo weight.
1. Remove the nipple (the connector ¬ nuyu) tube by unscrewing the bolt and removing the choke both pads.
3. Remove the oil filter bracket with O-ring by undoing the screw choke, as shown in the figure.
Otherwise, replace the valve or the entire bracket.
2. Remove the oil filter, use ¬ using a device resembling.

1 - oil cooler, 2 - fitting, 3 - screw fitting (MH = 34 nm), 4 - gasket, 5 - oil pipeline, 6 - O-ring, 7 - screw fitting (MH = 29 nm), 8 - oil filter 9 - bolt-fitting oil filter (MZ = 54 nm), 10 - flat washer, 11 - Bolt guide, 12 - oil filter bracket, 13 - pressure reducing valve, 14 - spring relief valve, 15-cap relief valve (MV = 37 nm).


Reducing valve assembly
1. Install relief valve in the oil filter bracket, completion ¬ nuv cap (MH = 37 Nm).
2. Install the oil filter bracket, using a new O-ring gasket and tightening the vuyu choke (bypass) Bolt (MZ = 44 Nm).
3. Install the oil filter (see
Section 2 in "Replacing the oil and filter").
4. Install the connecting cable ¬ oil with new gaskets, razver ¬ nuv it, as shown in the figure, and for ¬ tyanuv choke screw (MZ = 29 Nm).
5. Fill out the oil system of vector mo ¬ oil (see paragraph 3 in "Change oil and oil filter").
6. Start the engine and make sure no leaks oil.
